Intake |
When arriving at the clinic, a receptionist will greet the patient and check them in. First time patients will fill out an informational sheet for registration purposes.

A review of financial status and eligibility may be done. All patients should bring proof of income (tax form, pay stub) for review.

Lab Work |
Medication |
Within your visit, the provider may order lab work that will be done at the clinic. The results could take a few days to pend. We will review your results by phone or mail.

During your visit, medication may be prescribed. At our clinic, we have medication in stock that the patient is able to receive before they leave. The clinic is able to refill patient medication when needed as well.
